Massive renovations complete- ly changed the look and feel of this home. Starting with re- moving a portion of the unused attic, a dramatic entry was cre- ated. A sensitive addition for an eating area was created to maintain the beautiful views the home allows. The kitchen (left photo) was relocated and completely opened up.

A small kitchen surrounded by walls and accessed by small doors once occupied this space. By moving the wall towards the dining room, making a large opening and removing walls, the space doubled in size. Once closed off from the rest of the house, the kitchen is now open to the dining room, hallway and family room. Large windows were added to flood the space with natural light.

An unused stair to the garage below was removed to allow for a kitchen expansion. Previously the home owners had to go through their dining room, then family room to get to their much used deck. By removing the interior stair, we were able to move the cabinetry over and create french doors with direct access to the deck.
